ChargeIT
ChargeIT is e-Xperts real-time payments gateway that interfaces into the MoST e-commerce facilities. We have teamed up with BNZ to be an aggregator for secure online credit card transactions. ChargeIT uses the BNZ Buyline + Direct payment system, and deals in multiple currencies.
Buy-Line+ Direct is an online credit card authorisation and payment processing system that allows your customers to buy with ease and security, whether within New Zealand or world-wide.
Shopping Cart
This comprehensive cart allows for online shopping on websites, using a real-time payments system, ChargeIT (see above).
The shopping cart allows users to browse your site for items to purchase, has an automated facility for adding purchases and applying discounts if necessary, has an efficient check-out function, can be linked to the client database, can handle multiple currencies and invoicing, and much more.
Products Database
The products database in the backend of your site is used exclusively to store and manage products or items for use in e-commerce.
Items in the database dynamically display in your website, with all e-commerce functionality attached. The database allows you to create product categories, upload products and attach images, assign products to categories, define stock levels, define pricing (including any sale discounts), freight calculations and more. The system alerts the site administrator to low stock levels, orders, and more through automated emails.
Information stored in the database displays dynamically in the shopping and cart pages on the front end of your website.
e-Commerce Order Form
The order form is attached to the products database, and allows clients to use a simple form to order products from the website.
You can also utilize the real-time payments system ChargeIT to supplement orders through the order form.
Transaction System
The Transaction system allows you to define how your users will pay for their online shopping; credit card or invoice. The system has Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculators, an invoice template, and options for the delivery of invoices.
The system also contains a databases of invoices created and sent through your website. The system has the ability to interface with offline accounting software, such as MYOB. This ability is subject to the type of accounting software.
